During your adventure, you can text, email or call us 24/7. You can fall back on the knowledge of JWRoutes & Support. Whether you need support with transporting or clearing your car or if you unexpectedly end up in a hospital, we are ready for you.

All contact moments are included in your subscription. Any costs incurred for, for example, shipped parts or arranging repatriation will be discussed beforehand and will only be charged after approval.

From anywhere in the world, to any destination: JWRoutes & Support arranges your car or motorcycle shipped and ends up in the right place, including the necessary paperwork. JWRoutes & Support will provide you with a complete quotation in advance, including the costs for loading, unloading, transportation and customs clearance. With our guidance, you’ll collect your car or motorcycle, and enjoy the routes.
Insurance is compulsory in many countries. In Europe, you need a green card, outside Europe you also need to be insured. Need insurance for Brazil or China? JWRoutes & Support knows the way and makes you an offer. After that, we’ll take care of it.

Do you want to insure for transport, repatriation or for damage through your fault? JWRoutes & Support offers and arranges .

You are not allowed to drive around freely everywhere. In some countries you not only have to apply for a permit 3 months in advance, but you are also obliged to hire a local guide. You can also leave the application for a Carnet de Passage (international customs document) to JWRoutes & Support.

JWRoutes & Support informs you like which permits are necessary and offers you a price in advance for such a permit.
